It is mandatory in all the XML-TEIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"xml\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">&lt;langUsage>\n\t&lt;language ident=\"la\" ana=\"source\">Lat\u00edn&lt;\/language>\n\t&lt;language ident=\"en\" ana=\"translation\">Ingl\u00e9s&lt;\/language>\n\t&lt;language ident=\"es\" ana=\"translation\">Espa\u00f1ol&lt;\/language>\n&lt;\/langUsage><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>It is composed solely of <code data-enlighter-language=\"xml\" class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">&lt;language><\/code>tags, which indicate in the node the name of each of the languages in Spanish, and it must contain two attributes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><code data-enlighter-language=\"xml\" class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">@ident<\/code>this serves to identify the language using the official abbreviation. See the full list in the chapter <a href=\"http:\/\/thebarumfabula.usc.es\/en\/guidelines\/primeros-pasos\/etiquetas-tei-xml\/los-atributos-xmlid-y-xmllang\/#xml-lang\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/thebarumfabula.usc.es\/guidelines\/primeros-pasos\/etiquetas-tei-xml\/los-atributos-xmlid-y-xmllang\/#xml-lang\">@lang:usage<\/a>.<\/li><li><code data-enlighter-language=\"xml\" class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">@ana<\/code>: this is to indicate which version the text corresponds to.
